For most of our lives we're told to, 'Cheer up' 'Stick a smile on your face' 'Just be happy' But, it's not that simple, is it? If it was, we'd all be walking around with permanent smiles on our faces, and no one would ever feel blue. We may understand the importance of being happy, but actually making it happen is a whole other story. That's why I've created this online workshop to help you, that can be done from anywhere in the world!

For £40, you can join in with each lesson in my private Facebook group, and you will also receive a happiness notebook and stickers in the post, along with a printed copy of the workbook. (The notebook cover may vary depending on availability. Physical package with notebook only available to those in the UK)
For £30, you can join in the lessons in my private Facebook group and you will receive a PDF version of the workbook, that you can print out. You will need a lined notebook for the workshop. And some stickers if you want to get the most out of your time with me.
Once you have paid and joined the group, you can interact with other students of happiness, and catch up on any of the Facebook Lives that you might have missed. But you can also join in the next workshop, and go through the process again if you want to.
